Muzip Masal Cini is a storyteller who has packed his saddlebag with folk tales and with everything that surrounds them. He tells tales of his own and recounts what happens in the tale-universe called Ribelyus, and along the way he is a guest in other people’s stories too.
The short version: he is an imaginary hero who has thrown himself into a quixotic struggle to have tales told again, in a century when they go untold and slip toward oblivion. He has also taken it upon himself to collect, compile and archive the tales that have travelled down to our own day by being told and retold.
Muzip Masal Cini is the fairy-tale struggle of an imaginary hero against the real world — brought to life both to tell tales and to record and archive the ones in danger of being forgotten.
